Who we are
Formed in 1994, our mission has been to have a positive impact on people and communities by providing high-quality homes, supporting independence and creating opportunities.
We currently own and manage over 12,000 properties across the UK including homes for affordable rent, independent living and Extra Care, supported living, women’s refuges, supported housing and shared ownership.
Our supported living business stream, RWP, is one of the largest providers of high-quality supported living for people with a learning disability, autistic people and those with a mental health condition in the UK. It has landlord responsibilities for nearly 4,000 supported living tenancies.
Progress Living is the Group’s keyworker accommodation. It has over 500 apartments and homes, located at each main hospital site of United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
We also provide a national award-winning technology-enabled care service, Progress Lifeline, which enables over 65,000 people to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Unlocking Futures, the Group’s charity, supports over 10,000 individuals and families each year, including providing support at our homelessness schemes and refuges for women and children who need to escape domestic abuse.
We are a well-run, financially resilient organisation with over 800 colleagues committed to our social purpose. The Regulator of Social Housing has awarded us a G1/V1, the highest financial viability and governance grading.

Our vision
To ensure everyone has a place to call home and the opportunity to live their best life.

Our mission
To have a positive impact on people and communities by providing high-quality homes, supporting independence and creating opportunities.
Our values

People-focused
People are at the heart of our business. By treating everyone fairly and understanding diverse needs and strengths, we can serve people better and provide services and opportunities that positively impact on the lives of tenants, customers and colleagues.

Forward-thinking
We work together to search for and implement innovative solutions and ideas that overcome challenges faced by our tenants, customers, communities, partners and colleagues.

Genuine
We are open and honest, with a friendly, enthusiastic and energetic way of working, which is true to what we stand for.

Expert
We use our knowledge, expertise and learning to invest in a positive future for all and aim to excel in all we do to provide the best possible standards of service.

Collaborative
We work in partnership with our tenants, customers, colleagues, local communities and other experts, bringing everyone together to achieve more.
Strategic objectives
We have three key objectives: homes, independence and opportunities.
We believe all three are essential to achieve a healthy life. Good quality homes are the foundation for this, but good health requires quality-of-life considerations, too.
Our approach prioritises the individual and the environment in which to provide these building blocks for health and wellbeing. We do not achieve these things independently; we work in partnership with others, our tenants, and customers to deliver a person-centred approach.
Through our approach and range of service provision, we seek to enable tenancy sustainability and transform lives.
