Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years of experience working in the public and private sectors. Chris's move into social housing started in 2010. Chris has worked at various providers across the Northwest, including investment delivery, asset strategy sustainability, and repairs.

Chris has various skills, including contract management, all aspects of building surveying, asset strategy, and long-term planning.

Personal interests

Chris enjoys long walks with his Chocolate Labrador and Border Terrier, city breaks and a good cheese board (the smellier, the better!).
