Gavin has worked for over 35 years in the social housing sector with a variety of local authorities and housing associations at a senior level. 

He has led multidisciplinary teams delivering housing management, maintenance and health and safety compliance functions, often during periods of significant organisational change.

Gavin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He has a broad range of expertise and business skills. He has led many service improvements and change management projects, focussing on providing better customer service.

Personal interests

Gavin is part of his local church. He is a keen amateur photographer and enjoys spending time with his family.
