Background and experience

Steve has worked in the housing and social care sector for 40 years. He has held operational and management roles in various care, support and housing contexts, including care and support provision, housing strategy, social care and housing commissioning and supported housing provision. He has worked for local authorities, housing associations and voluntary organisations.

He has always attempted to deliver solutions for people that maximise opportunities for personalisation, and choice and control over where they live and how they are supported.

Skills

Steve brings an in-depth knowledge of how supported housing works, applying creative approaches to maximise the range of options available. He is well-known in the sector and is able to make positive connections with a wide range of partners for the benefit of our tenants.

Steve enjoys walking, music, cinema, gardening and cooking.
