What you need to do: 

Keep up to date with our emergency text alerts service.

You can sign up for our employees' text service to inform you of potential scenarios that may require some alternative action to ensure business continuity and that we all stay safe.

How to sign up for text alerts

To sign up for alerts, you will need to add your work's mobile number or personal mobile number to iTrent.

To do this, log in to the iTrent self-service portal, go to the Personal section and under Contact Information, check and update any existing telephone numbers in the Contact Detail Cards, or +Add one in if you have not done so.

To add a number, select Contact details when you click on the +Add button, and on the following screen, choose Mobile Telephone from the drop-down. Enter your mobile phone number in the field underneath.

If your information changes, please remember to update it. If you are unable to update it yourself in iTrent for any reason, contact the People Team.
