Anna Urbanowicz

Background and experience

Anna is a chartered accountant with a First-Class Honours degree in BA Business Studies and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

She is the Chair of the Board of a housing provider and has held a number of Director roles responsible for risk management and operation of effective internal controls, in addition, to experience in both internal and external audit services.

Anna has also held a number of other non-executive and volunteer roles, demonstrating vast community charity experience, including motivating volunteers to deliver on strategic projects.

Skills

Anna has experience in risk management, financial management and business assurance.

Anna has leadership and business planning expertise, demonstrating a career of constructive challenge, SWOT analysis and breadth of private, public and housing sector experience.

Also, she has experience and skills developed from a range of operational roles and management oversight. 

Personal interests

Anna is a keen traveller, walker, and lover of wildlife and the outdoors and has renovated a rural cottage and manages it as a holiday let.
