Jennifer McGuinness

Background and experience

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the housing sector, specialising in housing management.

Jennifer has Chartered Member status with the Chartered Institute of Housing and Chartered Management Institute and has achieved a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Jennifer currently works as Head of Communities for Livv Housing Group, which involves leading housing teams to ensure the delivery of excellent services, providing good quality homes for people to thrive in, and communities that are inclusive, resilient, actively engaged, safe, and offer opportunity.

Jennifer is passionate about ensuring the customer is at the heart and supporting those in need. Jennifer has volunteered for PSS and The Big Help Project in Liverpool and is a member of the CIH Northwest Regional Group.
