Nicola Bevan

Background experience 

Nicola has worked in the financial services sector for over 25 years in a number of different roles. Nicola has held numerous high-level compliance roles, including Risk and Compliance Director with Towergate Insurance Broking and Compliance Business Partner (Commercial) with RSA Insurance, London.

Nicola is currently a lay Board Member on the Regulation Board at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, which oversees the regulation of the profession, including ensuring its operations in the public interest.

Nicola is a strategic-thinking business leader with a focus on risk, strategy, change and regulatory compliance. Nicola has a passion for helping translate the regulator’s agenda into practical business practice and currently also provides consultancy and interim management support to the financial services sector.

Nicola has experience in working with boards in different capacities and is now enjoying expanding her non-executive experience.

Nicola has been on the Parent, PHA and RHA Boards for over four years and has recently stepped down but remains on the Group Audit Committee.
