Background and experience
Sheena is a highly experienced Chair with a strong track record in various sectors, including housing, the NHS and the leisure industry. As a housing and HR professional, she possesses extensive knowledge of housing, health, and social care across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise as a non-executive includes working collaboratively with boards, non-executive directors, and governance structures to provide leadership.
Sheena is an experienced non-executive with roles in organisations including Barnsley Hospital Foundation Trust (as Chair), Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board, Oldham Community Leisure and Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospital. Her executive career roles have included CEO of Stepping Stone, a registered charity dedicated to providing housing and support to homeless individuals in Greater Manchester, and Business Transformation Director of First Choice Homes.

Personal interests
As a partner and mum of four Sheena enjoys spending time with her family including the dog, walking and exploring new places.
