Zarina Chowdrey

Background and experience

Zarina has worked in customer focussed roles throughout her career for organisations including South Lakes Housing, Irwell Valley Homes and Manchester Building Society. At South Lakes Housing, she has been the lead for the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) Tenant Satisfaction Measures. She has also been one of the predominant leads for the RSH Consumer Regulation within South Lakes Housing, specifically in relation to customer voice and complaints.

Zarina has previously completed a trainee non-executive director position at Progress Housing Group in conjunction with the Diversity Network Board Excellence programme.
