Les is responsible for RWP, the Group's supported living business stream, and is the executive team lead for development.

Background and experience

Les has worked in the housing sector for over 20 years, and his experience covers local government housing, housing associations and the private sector. During his career, Les has played pivotal roles in the creation and mergers of various housing organisations. 

He has also been a board member of a housing association in North London. 

In recent years, Les has focused his energy on supported living – a crucial part of social housing that supports adults to live independently in their own homes.

Skills

Les has accumulated substantial commercial and property know-how to help realise the Group's mission, particularly to develop much-needed new homes. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
