As Progress Lifeline Director, Loraine takes strategic, business development and operational responsibility for Progress Lifeline, the Group's technology-enabled care service. Loraine is a results-orientated leader with over 20 years of experience with a proven track record of success in developing services and solutions to meet the evolving health and social care sector needs. Utilising data and digital technologies to transform services to meet the needs of commissioners and stakeholders.

 

Loraine is experienced at providing leadership, service transformation and innovation at scale through strategic and countywide partnerships, the complete range of technology-enabled care and emergency response and falls lifting services. Loraine has demonstrable strategic planning and business development experience, including acquisitions, marketing and large-scale growth.

 

Skills

 

Loraine leads large customer-facing, multi-disciplinary teams in a commercial setting to provide high-quality, person-centred, efficient services. Initiating, developing and managing effective relationships and partnerships with commissioners and social and health professionals. Loraine implements business development strategies using market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends. Loraine is also experienced in negotiating and closing business deals with potential partners.
