Responsibilities: Matt’s responsibilities cover all aspects of property services including asset management, property compliance, repairs and maintenance and environment and sustainability.

Background and experience:  Matt has over 15 years experience working within the housing sector and before joining the group Matt was Director of Homes, Safety and Compliance for a housing provider in Greater Manchester.  

Skills: Matt is a qualified Building Surveyor and holds a BSc (Hons) in construction and project management.  He is passionate about shaping services that meet the expectations of tenants and customers.
