Background and experience

Ursula has nearly 20 years of experience working in the charitable sector, developing high-quality, people-centred support services that enable people to thrive rather than survive.

Ursula is a corporate member of the Institute of Housing and, before working for Key, worked in local government in a number of housing-focused roles. Ursula started out as an accountancy trainee after graduating from the University of Manchester.

Skills

Ursula has an eclectic mix of skills, including partnership working, business development, leadership, and financial management. Ursula is driven by a desire to work towards a fairer society where people are seen as individuals and supported to fulfil their true potential.

Personal interests

Ursula is grateful for family, friends, cycling and chocolate.
