Zoe McEvoy

Background and experience

Zoe is a qualified people professional with over 20 years of experience in customer-facing organisations within various sectors.

As the Group's Director of People and Culture, Zoe leads on developing the Group's People Strategy. She delivers on plans focusing on talent management, learning and development, recruitment and selection, performance and reward management, employee wellbeing and engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion, change management and employee relations.

Skills

Zoe has a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Theology, a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management, an MA in HRM Studies, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Personal interests

Zoe enjoys reading, music and spending time with her family.
