The Affordable Homes Programme provides grant funding to support the developing of affordable housing.
We have entered into contracts as a Delivery Partner with Onward Homes in their Strategic Partnership with Homes England to help the agency fulfil the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-2026 aims.
Within the contract, we agreed to publish details every quarter of all items of expenditure over £500 related to the delivery of our Firm Schemes.
Firm Schemes are only those where Homes England is to provide grant funding through the Affordable Homes Programme and has confirmed its acceptance of the scheme through the Investment Management System (external web link).
We have also agreed that Homes England can publish information, where it is considered appropriate, about our involvement in the Affordable Homes Programme, including details such as the programme's offer, development costs, funding for Firm Schemes, and any significant changes to published information.
We will publish the following information for each item of expenditure over £500:
- Project Name
- Payee
- Date of transaction
- Value
- Description.
All personal details will be redacted in line with our Data Protection Policy.
