Our tenant annual reviews look back over the last year and at how well we are meeting our targets and promises.
Each year, we produce a report for tenants detailing how we have performed in various areas, from repairs to antisocial behaviour.
The report is produced using the information that tenants have identified as a priority for them and co-designed to create our Customer Promises. We also report on our performance in relation to the Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
We continue to report on performance regularly throughout the year in addition to the annual review on our website, newsletters and social media.
We also include details of how we have considered tenants' views to improve landlord services, information, and communication (you said, we did and improvement plans), how income is spent and directors’ remuneration and management costs.
We involve tenants in shaping the content and format of the report and how performance information is presented and shared.
